Heidi E. Dodd

HEIDI E. DODD,  managing partner with Harter, Larson & Dodd in Belleville, Illinois, practices law in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianships, trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, asset preservation, Veteran’s benefits, and real estate. Ms. Dodd is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to entering into private practice, Ms. Dodd served as Assistant General Counsel for the Illinois Department on Aging.

Ms. Dodd serves on the boards for the Southwestern Illinois Visiting Nurses Association,  the Veterans’ Legal Aid Society, the Apartment Community of Our Lady of the Snows (Shrine), and the Mascoutah Senior Center.  Heidi Dodd is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), acted as president for the Illinois Chapter of NAELA during 2013-2014, currently co-chairs the legislative committee, and received the chapter member of the year recognition for 2014.

Heidi Dodd received her B.S. from Southern Illinois University, M.A. from University of Illinois, J.D. from University of Tulsa, and is licensed to practice law in Illinois. Ms. Dodd is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and St. Clair County Bar Association.
